Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and transaction records daily
- Assist with ATM operations and night depository services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with banking regulations and security procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit verification
