Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional member service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting financial products
- Maintain accurate records and perform daily balancing of cash drawer
- Open new accounts and educate members on digital banking tools
- Participate in branch security procedures and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and service goals
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office technology and willingness to learn banking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Familiarity with banking regulations preferred
