Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Partner with branch managers to identify cross-selling opportunities for financial products
- Uphold stringent security protocols for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and vault services
- Collaborate with commercial banking team for complex business client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in financial services or retail
- Proven ability to maintain 100% transaction accuracy under pressure
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Proficient in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid DC work authorization and clean background check
