Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while reconciling discrepancies
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Support branch operations through document processing and record maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
- Federal banking compliance certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
