Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and services
- Cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Maintain $50K+ cash drawer compliance with daily audits
- Adhere to federal banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Support branch operations including ATM replenishment
- Collaborate with wealth management team for complex needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma + 1+ years cash handling experience
- FINRA Series 6/63 or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours during peak hours
- Notary public certification preferred
- Pass FBI background check and credit check
