Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver personalized financial guidance to clients using consultative selling techniques
- Resolve complex account inquiries and disputes with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet cross-selling targets
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Contribute to branch growth by referring clients to specialized banking partners
- Participate in monthly branch audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or financial services
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions with perfect balancing records
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly desirable
