Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Uphold stringent security protocols and compliance standards
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain organized cash drawers and perform daily reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Contribute to branch goals through active community engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proven customer service excellence in face-to-face roles
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, D)
