Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person transactions, account inquiries, and problem resolution
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing with precision
- Balance cash drawers, maintain accurate records, and adhere to strict security protocols
- Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate bank products and services to meet client needs
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure seamless branch operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance financial knowledge and service skills
- Uphold bank compliance standards and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no prior banking experience required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
