Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through meticulous auditing and reconciliation
- Assist with year-end reporting including W-2s and 1099s
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll data maintenance
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Arizona state labor laws
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with garnishment processing and compliance
