Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions including cash handling, check cashing, and deposits with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and products, and provide superior customer service.
- Open new accounts and process loan applications under the supervision of a branch manager.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Monitor and balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
