Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and financial product education
- Resolve account inquiries and transaction discrepancies efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, managing vault functions, and preparing daily reports
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services tailored to client needs
- Uphold stringent security protocols and anti-fraud measures to protect client assets
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
