Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and offering financial solutions
- Maintain accurate cash balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Cross-sell banking products while educating customers on digital tools
- Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance requests
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service targets
- Ensure compliance with federal banking regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Nevada Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
