Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and cross-sell bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries and transaction discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Support branch operations through vault duties and ATM maintenance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and TIPS certification
