Responsibilities
- Process accurate customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, accounts) to meet client needs
- Resolve account discrepancies and investigate fraud with precision
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and document processing
- Train new tellers on systems and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
