Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation and transaction records
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Support branch operations by assisting with vault duties and new account openings

Qualifications
