Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools, account options, and security protocols
- Cross-sell financial products through personalized consultations on credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support community outreach initiatives to strengthen local financial literacy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Valid NC driver's license and clean background check
- Spanish fluency a significant plus for serving diverse communities
