Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for commercial and industrial clients
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry trends
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendation reports for senior management
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning indicators
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory compliance requirements (FIRREA, OCC guidelines)
- Maintain accurate documentation in loan origination systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and credit scoring models
- Credit Risk Management Certification (CRCM) or equivalent
