Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for corporate and individual clients
- Utilize provided tax software (UltraTax, ProSystem fx) for efficient compliance processing
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic advice on complex tax scenarios
- Collaborate with senior advisors using provided secure communication platforms
- Manage client relationships through our integrated CRM system
- Maintain accurate documentation using provided document management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience with Big 4 or mid-size firm
- Proficiency with tax software (UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or Lacerte)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
- Excellent communication and client service skills
