Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build trust through personalized customer service and financial guidance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
