Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing
- Deliver exceptional client service by resolving inquiries and educating on banking products
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict security protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment services
- Operate digital banking tools and assist customers with online/mobile platforms
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
- Participate in ongoing training on compliance procedures and new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to explain complex concepts
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with DC banking regulations a plus
- Must pass background check and credit review
