Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and presenting financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with product cross-sell opportunities
- Uphold all banking regulations including BSA/AML compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Operate banking systems efficiently while maintaining customer confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Must pass background check and credit screening
- Fresno-based candidates preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus
