Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy while adhering to security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and daily reconciliation
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
- Participate in branch outreach initiatives and community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA/AML)
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
