Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service and proactive problem-solving
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
