- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for products like loans, credit cards, and investment services
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Maintain organized records and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch management to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with compliance regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
