Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries, opening accounts, and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports for branch management review

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
