Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Build rapport with clients to understand their financial needs
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products/services

- Operate teller systems and balance cash drawers daily
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service/sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with banking systems preferred
- Must pass background check and credit screening
