Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries using problem-solving skills
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Safeguard sensitive customer information and adhere to security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and technology systems
