Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll for small to medium-sized clients.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (entry level candidates will be trained).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
