Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Assist customers with ATM and digital banking inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and financial software
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and fingerprinting required
