Responsibilities
- Process 30+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99% accuracy
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and financial solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive client engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with diverse client base
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Must pass background check and credit verification
