Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial advice and cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to meet strict audit requirements
- Collaborate with branch managers and colleagues to achieve sales targets and service excellence goals
- Promote digital banking solutions and assist customers with online/mobile banking features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in finance/business preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience in a retail or financial setting
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and occasional evenings
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
