Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM balancing procedures
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch managers on customer retention strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling experience preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
