Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and contribute to branch sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure cash drawer balances are correct at the end of each shift.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Assist with branch operations, including maintaining a clean and organized lobby and service area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software quickly.
