As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and accurately processing financial transactions. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals while ensuring the security and integrity of our banking operations.

Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account transfers for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about bank products and services, and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
- Sales Support: Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our credit cards, loans, and investment products to existing clients.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to all bank security protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
- ATM & Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and replenish cash in ATMs and handle currency reconciliations and end-of-day balancing.
- Account Maintenance: Assist customers with opening new accounts, processing stop payments, and updating personal information.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager or Operations Manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment is required.
- Skills: Strong math skills and the ability to handle large sums of cash with 100% accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Technology: Proficient in using bank software, ATMs, and point-of-sale systems; quick learner regarding new technology.
- Integrity: Must possess a high level of honesty, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Licensure: Must be willing and able to pass a background check and credit check as required by banking regulations.
