- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances
- Verify account information and documentation for compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs and financial profiles
- Maintain accurate transaction records and reconcile cash drawers
- Adhere to strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate banking software and multitask efficiently
