- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking channels
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and compliance regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with precision
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
