Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Must pass background check and drug screening
