Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and anti-fraud measures
- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with SF Bay Area banking regulations
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
