Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver outstanding customer service while accurately handling cash and balancing cash drawers
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
