Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and promoting banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Build relationships through personalized financial guidance and cross-selling opportunities
- Operate core banking systems and digital platforms efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (BSA, AML)
