As our new AP Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring our vendor relationships remain strong and our financial records are flawless. This is an immediate hire position, allowing you to start contributing to our success from day one.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to answer queries and resolve billing issues.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite) to input data and generate reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
