Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles to ensure timely disbursements
- Maintain accurate vendor records in ERP systems
- Conduct expense audits and compliance reviews

- Generate AP reports for financial analysis
- Resolve vendor inquiries and payment issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
