Responsibilities
- Process and record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting preparation
- Organize and file financial documents according to compliance standards
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks software for data entry and account maintenance
- Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies
- Participate in quarterly audits and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- No prior bookkeeping experience necessary - training provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data
