Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and process incoming payments.
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist the finance team with month-end closing tasks.
- Generate basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of math and financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly desirable).
- Willingness to learn new accounting software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
