Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify invoice details and payment schedules.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of all financial documents and supporting records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AP reports for management review.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and account reconciliation.
- Perform data entry and audit trail maintenance with zero tolerance for errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
