Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain the AP ledger and ensure timely payment of all outstanding liabilities.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) to manage financial data.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with AP automation software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
