Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute weekend payment runs and maintain payment schedules
- Collaborate with AP team to optimize invoice-to-payment cycles
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in finance sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 7am-3pm)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
