Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and expense reports accurately
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute electronic payments via ACH and wire transfers
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve payment issues
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error rate below 0.5%
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-3pm)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) highly valued
- Forklift certification a plus
