Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and process weekly payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Maintain the AP general ledger and ensure accurate coding of expenses.
- Assist in month-end close procedures specific to the weekend cycle.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payment terms.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
