Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable with daily reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and profit/loss reports
- Manage payroll processing for 3-5 small business clients
- Assist with tax document preparation and year-end audits
- Implement inventory tracking systems for retail clients
- Provide financial analysis and budget forecasting support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
